Refund policy

Should the buyer wish to return their purchased dolly to the manufacturer, it is necessary to call for authorization first. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the dolly in "Like New" and resaleable condition, and any shipping cost will be incurred by the buyer. Any dolly returned in less than "Like New" condition that needs refurbishing with replacement parts, cost of parts and labor will be deducted from return dollar amount at our discretion. For warranty claims during the first 90 days, call (325) 227-8051. Since shipping can be a costly factor, Dump Dolly LLC will determine on a case by case basis the best course of action.
