Underneath the lift is a 15-1/4 inch all-welded frame built from two reinforced aluminum "C" channel rails and five welded aluminum cross members. The carriage that carries the can rides on heavy-duty, low-maintenance roller bearings, so the load tracks straight up the rails and stops where the operator expects it, every single time.
Drive comes from a heavy-duty 12-volt DC battery turning heat-treated, high-strength gears. Rated lift is 120 pounds, the hand-truck rating is 400 pounds, and the frame takes cans up to 36 inches tall. Plug the charger into any standard outlet between shifts and the crew starts the next one at full power. The winch carries a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty.
